Java Architect

Qualification & Required Skill-Set:
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent 
10+ years of experience in Information Technology
Experience of 10 years or more as a working IT Professional.
Well-versed in developing applications in MVC architecture using the Spring/springboot framework.
Ability to communicate with client to elicit architectural and non-functional requirements.
Analyse requirement, propose and prepare technical specification document and architecture recommendations 5. Hands-on experience in Java, VXML, SQL.
Knowledge of API development and integration.
Good interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills.
Able to upskill and adapt to different technologies quickly.
Experienced in leading the team collaboratively and working with client.
Experienced in leading the team collaboratively and taking ownership of deliverables.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Preferred experience of working in a multicultural work environment
Strong technical IT knowledge of supported Business Applications
Good knowledge of other relevant business processes
Good communication, coordination and people skills and you are able to organize workshops with senior and middle management
Flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environment.
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support

Responsibilities:
Interact with client and understand the requirements and prepare technical solution for the same.
Drive innovation within the application landscape and processes (simpler, better, more efficient) 
Proactively drive process standardization and reduction of complexity within the application landscape and the business processes
Work with business functions experts and managers to prioritize plan and implement improvements and enhancements in the supported processes and business solutions.
Timely status reporting over project and escalations, as required.
