Description

  • Willing and able to work on Weekends on monthly rotational basis
  • Strong communication Skills.
  • Eager to learn and to pick up challenging tasks.
  • Good at coding & debugging.
  • Level L2, L3 Application Support experience + Development experience preferably in 3-5 years range
  • Need to go through Coderpad
  • Tech Skills – Any object-oriented programming experience (Java, C++, Python, etc.)


Good to have:

  • Unix/ Linux
  • SQL/database understanding
  • Banking/Investment Banking experience preferably

  

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and drive support resolution with stakeholders. Serve as point of escalation for support issues.
  • Develop and mature the SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our platforms.
  • Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to drive resolution of client issues.
  • Continuously improve processes and systems to increase reliability and reduce risk.
  • Create documentation /runbooks and code snippets to share with internal engineering teams
