JAMF Architect

• We are seeking an experienced JAMF Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable Apple device management solutions for enterprise environments. The role involves optimizing JAMF environments, ensuring security compliance, and collaborating with IT teams to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect and implement JAMF solutions, including device provisioning, app deployment, and policy enforcement.
• Platform Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize JAMF servers and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Security & Compliance: Develop and enforce security protocols for macOS and iOS devices in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Automation: Create scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks like patch management, software distribution, and user onboarding.
• Collaboration: Partner with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to identify needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Training & Documentation: Provide guidance, training, and documentation for IT staff on JAMF operations and best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Serve as the escalation point for complex issues related to JAMF and Apple ecosystems.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Apple device management, with 5+ years of hands-on JAMF experience (JAMF certifications such as JAMF 200, 300, or 400 preferred).
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of macOS and iOS systems administration. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or AppleScript. Familiarity with network protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, VPN) and cloud-based tools (e.g., ).
