IVR Developer

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly experienced IVR Developer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing our interactive voice response (IVR) systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement IVR applications.
2. Test and troubleshoot IVR applications.
3. Evaluate and enhance efficiency of IVR applications.
4. Maintain documentation for IVR designs and modifications.
5. Assist in the development of standards and procedures for the IVR process.
6. Analyze the needs of the user and incorporate them into the system design.
7. Work closely with the IT team to integrate IVR systems into existing infrastructure.

Required Skills:
1. Extensive experience in IVR systems.
2. Strong technical skills in telephony systems, including VoIP.
3. Proficient in software development languages.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work in a team and independently.
6. Strong communication skills.

Required Experience:
-Minimum 8 years, Maximum 10 years of experience in IVR development.
This is a remote position, so candidates can work from anywhere. However, they must be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with a remote team.
