Job Description:
We are hiring an IVR Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in IVR development, call routing, CTI integration, and speech recognition technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IVR solutions using platforms like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or Asterisk.
- Integrate IVR systems with databases, CRMs, and third-party APIs.
- Develop and maintain call flows, prompts, and voice menus for seamless customer interaction.
- Work with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and integrate IVR with contact center solutions.
- Optimize IVR performance, ensure low-latency call handling, and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct IVR testing, debugging, and deployment following best practices.
- Maintain documentation of IVR architecture, configurations, and workflows.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in IVR development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of IVR platforms (Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Asterisk, or similar).
- Experience in VXML, CCXML, Java, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for IVR development.
- Expertise in SIP, VoIP, CTI, and telephony protocols.
- Hands-on experience with speech recognition (Google Dialogflow, Nuance, Amazon Lex, etc.).
- Knowledge of database integration (SQL, NoSQL) and API communication (REST, SOAP).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based IVR solutions (AWS Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI-powered IVR, chatbot integration, and NLP.
- Knowledge of contact center reporting, analytics, and call monitoring.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
