Description

  • 5+ years of experience as an ITSM Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain an IT Service Management (ITSM) software product that integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure monitoring, event management, and automation, leveraging tools such as Zabbix, OTRS/Znuny, Linux, KVM, LXC, Kubernetes, and Proxmox.
  • Proficient in ITSM frameworks (ITIL, Incident & Event Management).
  • 2+ years of RECENT hands-on experience needed with following tools:
    • Zabbix (for monitoring, alerting, and automation).
    • OTRS/Znuny (for ticketing, ITSM workflows).
    • Linux (for server administration, automation).
    • KVM & LXC (for virtualization and container management).
    • Kubernetes (for orchestration, service discovery, self-healing).
    • Proxmox (for VM/container lifecycle management)
