Key Responsibilities

- Design ITSM Processes: Lead the design and implementation of ITIL-aligned ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.

- Tool Integration: Integrate ITSM tools (e.g., Ivanti, ServiceNow) to ensure streamlined IT operations.

- Process Optimization: Continuously optimize ITSM processes to improve efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with various teams to define and refine ITSM requirements and ensure effective process implementation.

- Governance: Establish governance policies to ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and industry standards.C15

 

Skills Required

- Expertise in ITSM processes and ITIL framework.

- Strong experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Ivanti, ServiceNow).

- Process mapping and optimization skills.

- Knowledge of automation tools and integration.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Qualifications

- Minimum of 8 years of ITSM experience

- ITIL Expert or Practitioner certification.

- Project management experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
