·        Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITIL process consulting.
·        In-depth knowledge of ITIL, ISO, and CMMI processes and best practices.
·        Proven experience leading process audits, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
·        Excellent consulting, leadership, and communication skills.
·        Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·        Experience with ITSM tools and technologies.
·        ITIL Expert or Master certification.
·        ISO/IEC 20000 or CMMI certification.
·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
·        Certification in ITIL v3
