Job Description

This role involves designing, developing, and improving IT systems to meet organizational needs.
Candidates will analyze business requirements, document processes, develop technical specifications, and ensure seamless integration across multiple systems.
They will work closely with cross-functional teams, evaluate legacy applications, and create data models and mappings.
Proficiency with SQL, Java, Python, database management, and system analysis tools is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, CJIS) and business process modeling tools is preferred.
