The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting the SCADA (Ignition) and MES (Sepasoft) applications. This individual will support both SCADA/MES enhancements and ensure daily production system uptime.

- Execute SCADA/MES development and configuration needs.
- Conduct SCADA/MES operator training.
- Provide hands-on production support for SCADA/MES systems to ensure they are online during the 1st shift.
- Collaborate with internal/external personnel in the design, development, and implementation of integration enhancements with PLCs, JDE, and other systems.
- Support the development of functional specifications, test cases, and design documentation.
- Assist in the development of controls standards for NGDV.
- Analyze system performance and suggest or implement improvements, where applicable.
- Oversee the protection of the SCADA/MES environment and ensure data security and integrity by helping establish operational guidelines, including privacy, security, editing, validating, and restart/recovery controls.
- Develop and modify SCADA/MES systems, including tag database generation, report development, computer setup, and configuration.
- Assist in the deployment of technology other than SCADA/MES as needed.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Skills in development, documentation, process flows, ITSM, troubleshooting, configuration, and task management.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, stakeholder alignment, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Development and support experience with Ignition and Sepasoft.
- Working knowledge of Rockwell PLCs or Siemens PLCs, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols.
- Experience with Python, Java, Jython, C, C+, C++, Visual Basic, SQL, etc.
- Proficiency with Windows Servers
