IT Systems Analyst

Job Summary & Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, & Security.
· Deploy, maintain, & troubleshoot core business applications, including servers, hardware, endpoints, & databases.
· Analyze existing IT systems & workflows, identifying inefficiencies, & recommending system enhancements to improve performance and business outcomes.
· Create functional specifications, system design documentation, & training materials.
· Develop & execute test plans to ensure the quality & functionality of new systems & changes.
· Administer server environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, & uptime across physical and virtual infrastructures.
· Configure & manage firewall systems, including troubleshooting, rule implementation, & performance monitoring to maintain network security.
· Implement maintenance procedures, monitor system health, gather statistics, & resolve errors or alarms
