IT System Support Engineer

Description

Responsible for software development life cycle, planning, designing & implantation of network-based software's; conduct, develop & implement detailed test plans & test cases after review of the systems requirements; be involved in the installation of configuration & maintenance of core/access devices; manage & ensure operating capability of both the LAN & WAN network both wired & wireless network are up all hours of operations; as well as troubleshoot computing systems, network & application to identify malfunctions & correct them as well as other operation difficulties. Travel to various unanticipated client sites.

Requirements

Requires 4 years of IT experience & knowledge of at least 7 of the following skills: Cisco 4000, 3700, 2900 series routers & switches; Cisco Wireless Controllers; Struts, Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL, UNIX, Visual Basic, C++ & MS-Access
