QUALIFICATIONS (need majority):

  • 3+ years of experience as a PC/Help Desk Technician or in a similar technical support role.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and/or Microsoft certifications.
  • One or more of the following:
    • Notable depth in Azure (Cloud Virtualization, Storage Management, Networking [VNets, NSGs, VPNs], Azure Backups, DR, Azure Security Center, o365, etc.)
    • Notable depth in Identity Access Management (IAM; AAD / Entra ID, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access Policies, AD User Management, Azure AD Connect support)
    • Notable history in an MSP setting
    • Notable history supporting healthcare client systems/applications

 

  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations in the Mobile Metro Area when required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think logically and critically.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
