Key Responsibilities

Desktop Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
  • Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Support users with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and enterprise applications
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and device provisioning
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions
  • Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • EDI Coordination
  • Monitor daily EDI transactions to ensure successful data exchange
  • Identify and troubleshoot EDI-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with onboarding new EDI trading partners
  • Work with business users to understand EDI workflows and support process improvements
  • Maintain documentation related to EDI processes and issue resolution
  • Participate in training and development to build EDI expertise


 

Additional Duties

  • Track and manage IT inventory and supplies
  • Help enforce IT security protocols and best practices
  • Provide basic user training and support for common tools and systems
  • Assist with AV and conference room technology as needed


 

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a desktop support or help desk role preferred

Exposure to or familiarity with EDI systems or processes is a plus


 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Understanding of basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with imaging tools and endpoint management is a plus
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
