- Interview Process: Two video interviews with eplus and one round with end client + team member- virtual interview
- Time Zone: MST; must be able to work, support, and communicate with PST or EST time zones for occasional collaboration
- Additional Requirements: Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Travel: Occasional travel to remote office locations to support operations may be required (typically < 10%)
- Skills: Desktop support, managing new laptop deployments, experience with Office, Azure, and Intune, Cisco Meraki experience (preferred but not required)
- Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software and network-related issues, serve as a point of contact for user assistance, coordinate hardware repair activities, manage user accounts in Azure Active Directory, install/configure Windows operating systems and software applications in a O365 environment, install operating system security patches and firmware updates, work after normal business hours, weekends, and holidays as needed, and travel to remote office locations as necessary
