Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for technical issues related to desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral devices across the organization.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and routine upgrades of hardware and software, ensuring all changes align with company standards and are completed on schedule.
  • Assist in the administration and upkeep of Active Directory, including user accounts and group policies.
  • Provide support for cloud-based services, particularly within Microsoft Azure and Entra environments.
  • Offer application-level assistance for commonly used tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and various design software packages.
  • Deliver hardware support across a range of devices including PCs, tablets, smartphones, printers, and network peripherals; includes help with mobile app installations and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical assistance to users at headquarters and across remote work locations, including home offices, branch offices, and job sites.
  • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for all supported systems and workflows.
  • Respond to cybersecurity alerts and events swiftly and responsibly.
  • Contribute wherever needed to ensure the team's success — a flexible, team-first attitude is essential.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Key skills; Technical support,  network/server maintenance, repair, Hardware, Software
  • Associate Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with networking fundamentals, virtualization, and cybersecurity incident handling is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and install computing equipment, including monitors and compact printers.
