Responsibilities
Providing remote and onsite technical support, maintaining client infrastructure, handling escalations, participating in projects, creating technical documentation, and staying updated on new products.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma in Computer Systems Technology or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably for an MSP.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration, Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.), Firewalls, PSA, and RMM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Skills Candidates Should Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.)
  • Experience with Firewalls (preferably WatchGuard)
  • Experience with PSA and RMM software
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE
  • Familiarity with accounting firm applications
