Responsibilities:
Providing remote and onsite technical support, maintaining client infrastructure, handling escalations, participating in projects, creating technical documentation, and staying updated on new products.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in Computer Systems Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably for an MSP.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration, Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.), Firewalls, PSA, and RMM software.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Skills Candidates Should Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server administration
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.)
- Experience with Firewalls (preferably WatchGuard)
- Experience with PSA and RMM software
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE
- Familiarity with accounting firm applications
