Job Description

Required Education.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Information Systems or Computer Science major preferred.

Required Qualification/Skills/Experience.
• Proven experience with SAP Business Objects Universe Design Tool and Information Design Tool.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA).
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Business Objects reporting tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, etc.)

The client is looking for a Software development Specialist to develop, maintain, test, and debug software to meet generally defined requirements in platforms; to formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems; to prepare detailed specification from which programs will be written; and to design, code, test, debug, document and maintain programs.

Responsibilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Business Objects Universes.
• Optimize Universes for performance and usability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Universe design and data sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Universe design and data integrity.
• Support report developers and end-users in leveraging Universes effectively
