IT Security Specialist

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Security Specialist or similar role with demonstrated knowledge of tools such as Qualys, Checkmarx, AutoRabit, or CodeScan.
• Solid experience working with Azure, DevOps, or Copado environments.
• Proficiency in system and network security across Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of firewall technologies, network defense strategies, and cloud security technologies such as Cloudflare or AppOmni.
• Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and vulnerability scanning tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent security certifications.
• Familiarity with container security technologies and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience in threat modeling, penetration testing, or incident response planning.
• Working knowledge of cloud migration strategies and cloud-native security practices.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
