Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing RPO service provider, specializing in US IT hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience handling the full recruitment cycle, and a keen understanding of the US IT market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates

Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify top IT talent

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Stay updated with market trends and technologies in IT recruitment

Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

 

1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the US staffing industry

Hands-on experience with job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

 Strong knowledge of IT job roles, skills, and technologies

Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone)
