Roles & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment.
Understanding requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels, including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking.
Engage candidates for strategically placed job opportunities.
Counsel candidates to assist them in making the right decision.
Understanding candidates’ profiles to evaluate role fitment (Screening and shortlisting).
Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers.
Manage scheduling and coordination-related activities in the entire recruitment process.
Build and strengthen relationships to streamline and improve service delivery.
Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess talent availability.
Experience Requirements:

Prior experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
Experience in market mapping and talent assessment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and effectively manage candidate interactions.
Experience in coordinating recruitment processes and managing scheduling activities.
Qualifications: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation
