Roles and Responsibilities
 

Collaborate with leadership and HR team to understand the hiring needs
 

Communicate with hiring managers to understand the technical requirements for the job opening
 

Cold call potential candidates and actively engage in head-hunting
 

Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
 

Sourcing candidates through databases and social media
 

Collaborate with HR consultancies on a continuous basis for all the requirements
 

Screening applicants for competency and skills that match with the job requirements
 

Presenting the profiles of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
 

​Arranging for the relevant interview process
 

Requirements
 

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment with strong head-hunting skills
 

Hands on experience in sourcing through multiple channels
 

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities independently
 

Experience in Cold calling and good at follow-up
 

Adapt to fast paced and start-up culture
 

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Education
