Description

Mandatory Skills:

  • Min 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an IT Services or Consulting company.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies such as Cloud Computing, Networking, DevOps, Cybersecurity, IT Support, and Data Centers.
  • Experience recruiting for IT roles, including Network Engineers, Cloud Architects, System Administrators,
  • DevOps Engineers, Security Analysts, and Infrastructure Project Managers.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and hiring trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT roles.
  • Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to identify and engage top IT talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through effective screening techniques.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Extend offers, manage negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to improve recruitment strategies
