The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and management of our Microsoft Viva project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, employee experience platforms, or similar solutions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering a seamless integration of Microsoft Viva with our existing systems.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Microsoft Viva project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful integration.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management via status reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Track planned training to end-users on Microsoft Viva functionality
