IT Project Manager

Description

We are hiring on behalf of our major client, a leading organization in the SaaS and Enterprise Solutions domain. Headquartered in Hyderabad, they serve global customers and deliver innovative technology-driven solutions that empower businesses to scale effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end IT projects ensuring timely and quality delivery.
2. Oversee multiple large-scale customer projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
3. Collaborate with international clients and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs.
4. Plan, estimate, and manage project budgets to ensure adherence to financial goals.
5. Build and maintain detailed project timelines and ensure timely progress reporting.
6. Create comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
7. Understand web-based technologies and apply them effectively in projects.
8. Identify and engage all stakeholders, understand their expectations, and develop engagement strategies.
9. Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Education: BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech or any equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience: 7 to 10 years in IT Project Management, preferably in SaaS or Enterprise domains.
• Prior experience working with international clients (outside India) is essential.
• Proficiency with PM tools like JIRA and MS Project.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (data cleansing, formulas, manipulation).
• Project Management Certifications (any of the following will be a plus): PMI-ACP, PMP, PRINCE2, PSM II.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
