IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end IT project planning, execution, and delivery

Collaborate with state agencies such as DHS, DPH, GTA, and IV&V

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and vendors

Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and applications

Perform business analysis tasks such as gathering requirements, documentation, and user acceptance testing

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards (NIST, HIPAA) – highly desired

Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Salesforce

Familiarity with project methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, SAFe

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Must be currently located in Georgia and available for in-person meetings as required
