- Hybrid model of work - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Contract only through end of 2025
- Experience in managing technology-related regulatory projects and business sponsored projects
- 5+ years experience in managing projects in a technology organization
- Experience with Waterfall / Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and project management skills
- Experience working at a Financial Services Company
- Certifications: PMP and PSM are a plus
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on regulatory or compliance-related technology projects
- Experience delivering regulatory projects aligned with frameworks such as Dodd-Frank Act, EMIR, or GDPR
- Experience in financial services, or other regulated industries is highly desirable
- Skills and Competencies:
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Knowledge of control frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, or ISO 27001
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Microsoft Project
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Preferred Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other relevant compliance certifications
- Other relevant compliance certifications e.g., Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP)
