IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage software development projects from discovery through execution and closure
2. Facilitate workshops for project discovery, planning, and execution
3. Conduct Agile Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to Agile practices
4. Track and document project risks, issues, and action items
5. Maintain RACI matrices and ensure stakeholder alignment
6. Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to stakeholders
7. Create and manage Project Change Requests as needed
8. Participate in resource forecasting and allocation
9. Oversee project close-out activities and documentation
10. 
     

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in software development environments
2. Experience managing Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies
3. Familiarity with .NET/C# or other contemporary development technologies
4. Background in MES or manufacturing-related software projects is a plus
5. Experience in organizations of similar scale to YETI ($1.83B revenue, ~150-person tech department)
6. Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
7. Technical undergraduate degree preferred

Preferred Skills

1. Prior development experience or technical fluency in modern programming languages
2. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project)
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
