Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage and drive development efforts using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Coordinate with ADP’s internal stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Provide detailed status reports, project documentation, risk/issue logs, and executive updates.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with compliance, security, and regulatory standards relevant to financial and payroll services.
  • Monitor and manage project dependencies, risks, and changes throughout the lifecycle.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification – required.
  • 6+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in banking, finance, payroll, or fintech.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira for managing technical projects.
  • Experience in enterprise environments, working with cross-functional distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, tax compliance platforms, or HRIS tools.
  • Experience using Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
