Champion Agile principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle. Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Guide the team in adopting and adhering to Agile methodologies.

Experience using Remedy, ITSM, PPM, Archer, Jira and ServiceNow
