Good understanding of banking IT Branch and Office Infrastructure related to Video Wall, Smart Projectors, Holo Lens, Robotics, Kiosk, Media Player, access control, fingerprint etc.
Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Information Management operations, and with ITSM best practices
Microsoft Visio
Microsoft Project
Work experience required

5+ years of related to setting up branch infrastructure. 
3+ years of experience working under banking operational environment or equivalent 
4+ years of experience in ITIL Service Management processes: Change and Release
