Job Summary:

Tool & Technology Skills:

IAM solutions such as Active Directory, VDS, SSO, SAML, oAuth, OpenID, MFA, and PAM
Identity Lifecycle Management and Governance tools (MIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock)
Cloud Identity technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud
Microsoft Mail Services (Exchange Server, as well as Microsoft O365)
SharePoint for O365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive administration
Automation, such as PowerShell, Perl, Python, or .NET development languages
AuthX Support for Windows Server, as well as Linux Server
Mergers & Acquisitions involving Active Directory and Azure
Working in GxP or other regulated environments
Documentation for systems management and compliance purposes Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must be able to translate technical issues into clear descriptions and explanations that are understandable and actionable for a broad audience of varying technical acumen, business function, and leadership levels.
Must be able to gather, organize, and present data demonstrating the state of services, including key performance indicators, program and project state, quarterly reviews, audit results, and proper data in support budgetary investments.
Strong analytical skills; being able to work through symptoms and problems logically to timely resolution.
Ability to work in a distributed team via collaboration tools such as email, messaging, and conferencing
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and able to take ownership of tasks to conclusion
Ability to effectively prioritize work, and work with multiple projects of varying timelines and constraints
A proactive approach to work; analyzing and identifying ways to increase efficiency and reliability

Education and Experience:

Bachelors in Science (Computer Science, Business, or other applicable degree), or equivalent working experience
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in progressive roles in Identity and Access Management
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (PAM, ILM, IGM, etc.
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Minimum of 8+ years of fundamental experience in DDI, networking, firewall, server, and cloud technologies
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windows PowerShell, with ability to develop scripts as need
Experience in complex enterprises with a diverse array of unique authentication / authorization requirements
