Business Intelligence Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management, patient care, and operational efficiency.
Revenue Cycle Management: Analyze and optimize RCM processes, including patient registration, billing, claims processing, and reimbursement, to enhance financial performance and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in healthcare operations and financial workflows.
System Integration: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR/EMR, billing systems) with business intelligence tools and other platforms.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure all solutions align with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines) and industry best practices.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
Proven expertise in revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, claims processing, and reimbursement.
Experience with healthcare IT systems such as Epic, Cerner, or other EHR/EMR platforms.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and data models.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
