Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.

Elicit, document, and validate user stories and business requirements, ensuring they meet INVEST or other best practices.

Conduct impact analysis on systems, users, processes, and project dependencies.

Manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.

Coordinate communications across business units, development teams, and project management.

Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Scrum teams.

Provide constructive feedback and accept input to improve deliverables.

Conduct independent research and stay current on domain knowledge and systems.

Understand Salesforce data structure, platform limitations, and general Salesforce integration principles.

Assist with as-is/to-be process mapping, business flow diagrams, and change impact modeling.

Support technical requirements definition with a deeper understanding of dev-side limitations and system architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise IT environments.

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Solid experience working with Salesforce and its data architecture.

Familiarity with system integration concepts.

Experience writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

Nice to Have:

Experience with BPMN for process modeling.

Proficiency in Jira, Lucidchart, or MS Visio.

Experience working with ICOMS and/or CSG integration systems.

Background or interest in Technical Analysis (TA) is a plus.
