IT Business Analyst Leader II

We are seeking a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst with experience in Microsoft-based technology stacks, data analytics, and business intelligence. This role involves collaborating with internal IT stakeholders, including architects, the data office, and the AML team, to deliver robust data solutions. You will also play a critical role in assisting offshore junior resources and ensuring that all project requirements are successfully executed.

Typical Day in Role

• End-User Collaboration

• Engage with end users to understand their data and reporting needs.

• Provide clear and structured data insights and solutions.

• Microsoft-Based Technology Stack

• Work with Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, and Power Apps to execute solutions.

• Ensure best practices for system integration and development.

• Project Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with architects, ensuring all project-related details are provided.

• Align with other project stakeholders to meet business needs and delivery expectations.

• Team Support & Knowledge Sharing

• Assist offshore junior resources with technical challenges.

• Support the execution of data-driven solutions across platforms.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a junior analyst. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies, including SQL Server and Microsoft Azure. 

• Prior experience in building OLAP and OLTP-based data analytics and business intelligence systems. 

• Expertise in Requirement Gathering, Business Requirement Documentation (BRD), Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
