Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst with a strong background in cross-functional business processes and IT systems implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting business units such as Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality, particularly within LEAN and regulated environments. Hands-on involvement in SAP or Salesforce implementations is highly desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Marketing, and R&D to drive business solutions.
  • Lead and support system implementations and enhancements, particularly with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate business process improvements in a LEAN environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards where applicable.
  • Support change management activities to drive user adoption and process integration.
  • Develop user documentation and deliver training sessions as needed.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure successful delivery of IT projects on time and within scope.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT business analysis or a similar role.
  • Proven experience working with at least two of the following functions: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Marketing, R&D, or Change Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP or Salesforce implementations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and change management skills
