Description

  • Analyse current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Experience with ERP systems databases, supply chain and cloud technologies
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and define system specifications
  • Design and implement IT solutions that align with business goals
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Provide technical support and training to end users
  • Document system configurations processes and changes
  • Ensure data integrity security and compliance with IT policies
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or related field
  • Experience in IT analysis systems support or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle SDLC
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
