Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
Skills Required:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITIL V4 certification are a plus.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and customization
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or ITIL V4 certifications are advantageous
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
