Key Skills: ServiceNow, ServiceNow Administration

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.

Skills Required:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ITIL V4 certification are a plus.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and customization
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations with ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or ITIL V4 certifications are advantageous

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
