Intune/SCCM - Ivanti CMDB Integration Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Integration Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of the integration between Intune/SCCM and Ivanti CMDB.

- Data Synchronization: Ensure data flow between Intune/SCCM and Ivanti CMDB for software, device inventory, and patch management.

- CI Mapping: Define how endpoint and software deployment data from SCCM/Intune maps to Configuration Items (CIs) in Ivanti CMDB.

- Automation of Endpoint Data Flow: Automate synchronization of device, application, and patch data between Intune/SCCM and Ivanti CMDB.

- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and improve the integration, ensuring compliance with business requirements.

- Collaboration: Work with endpoint management teams to ensure SCCM/Intune data meets ITSM needs.

Skills Required

- Expertise in Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

- Experience with Ivanti CMDB integration.

- Knowledge of endpoint management, software deployment, and patch management processes.

- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).

- Experience with MDM and device compliance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Intune/SCCM, Azure solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

- ITIL Foundation certification.

- Experience with Intune/SCCM environments.
