InTune - Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the QA strategy, planning, and execution for mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.

Coordinate and supervise the work of other QA team members and provide technical guidance.

Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

Work with automation engineers to build, expand, and maintain mobile test automation frameworks (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Manage testing environments and mobile device farms.

Continuously improve testing processes and foster a quality-first culture.

Stay up to date with emerging mobile testing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role focused on mobile testing.

Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android), mobile UX, and platform-specific guidelines.

Hands-on experience with mobile automation tools like Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or others.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile build systems (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane).

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

ISTQB or equivalent certification.

Familiarity with performance testing and monitoring tools for mobile apps.
