Description

  • Lead end to end integration architecture for cross platform systems including mainframe legacy Java applications and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather integration requirements
  • Define validate and drive NonFunctional Requirements NFRs such as TPS latency error rates SLAs POD sizing scalability strategies etc
  • Translate business needs into solution architecture artifacts including sequence diagrams interface specs and deployment diagrams
  • Guide development teams by reviewing design documents architecture patterns and integration contracts
  • Ensure integration solutions follow best practices in security resiliency observability and performance
  • Recommend tools frameworks and integration patterns such as APIled connectivity eventdriven architecture or messaging queues eg Kafka MQ
  • Work closely with DevOps to ensure environments are correctly configured for performance and scalability
  • Support compliance audit and data governance requirements

Required Skills

  • Experience in software architecture with at least 5 years in integration architecture
  • Proven experience integrating mainframe eg CICS DB2 MQ legacy Java applications and Salesforce via APIs outbound messaging etc
  • Deep understanding of NFRs defining estimating validating and optimizing them
  • Strong knowledge of RESTSOAP APIs message brokers eg Kafka RabbitMQ IBM MQ eventdriven architecture
  • Ability to read and interpret Java Spring or Salesforce Apex code to understand integration points
  • Experience with cloudnative architectures AzureAWSGCP Kubernetes containerbased deployments
  • Familiarity with API Gateways eg Apigee MuleSoft Azure API Management
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and solution presentation skills
