Description

As a key member of the Sustainability Management Action & Response Team (SMART), the Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for driving critical IT infrastructure initiatives. This includes managing projects related to End-of-Life (EOL) remediation, vulnerability patching, compliance, modernization, and process improvement within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple medium-to-large scale IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
Conduct application architecture assessments and define solutions for complex problems.
Design, customize, and execute migration workflows.
Proactively manage project risks, interdependencies, and contingencies to protect scope, schedule, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Lead problem-solving sessions and support both tactical and strategic technology planning.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports.
Take initiative in identifying issues and driving resolutions without the need for escalation.
Ensure clear, consistent communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure projects within the financial services industry.
Deep understanding of infrastructure modernization, compliance, and vulnerability management.
Strong experience in risk management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
High comfort level with ambiguity and dynamic environments.
Experience in both tactical execution and strategic planning.
Preferred Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) – preferred
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) – a plus
