Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a qualified Technical Project Manager (PM) to assist in the following key areas related to the XD Infrastructure Technology:

Infrastructure Technology Oversight for XD

a. Develop an executable project plan aligned with XD key milestones in collaboration with XD sponsors and coordinate tasks to completion with identified stakeholders from infrastructure and XD systems.

b. Work with identified sub-teams to understand their processes, coordinate tasks appropriately, identify overlaps, and mitigate potential conflicts with the support of the XD sponsor. This will help maintain project momentum and avoid delays.

c. Document service execution processes for delivering XD projects, ensuring each milestone is completed.

d. Identify and report dependencies to stakeholders in infrastructure, compute/network, storage, etc., along with critical system owners of applications like SAP, Salesforce, Cisco, AWS, MuleSoft, Adobe, etc.

Infrastructure Risk Assessment and Planning

a. Proactively review architecture and design documents to assess the resiliency posture for infrastructure and security components, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate risks.

b. Coordinate effectively to prevent siloed communication, manage interdependencies from an infrastructure standpoint, document identified risks, and engage the right stakeholders to address risks to closure.

Infrastructure Integration Activities

a. Coordinate the infrastructure aspects of the XD program proactively, understand the technical intricacies and challenges related to the infrastructure components, and support informed decision-making for end-to-end integration requirements.

b. Collaborate with the team and handle daily request systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow Incident/Request Queue on a periodic basis to ensure fulfillment processes are completed on time.

Key Deliverables:

• Document infrastructure tasks aligned to phases of the XD program.
• Review design documents and provide recommendations for updates.
• Provide infrastructure integration dependencies for the XD rollout.
• Recommend solutions for addressing gaps in risk/resiliency posture.
• Engage in retrospective sessions to adjust planned execution.
• Assist in creating transition to operations (TTO) documentation for infrastructure
