We are seeking an Infrastructure & Support Manager to oversee the firm's IT infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and scalability. Additionally, a key aspect of this role will be to own and steward the internal user experience from a technical support perspective. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating third-party support services, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the firm’s technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the firm's IT infrastructure, including cloud services, end user systems/devices, and LAN/WAN/WLAN.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT support specialists, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely resolution of IT support requests both with internal tech team and third-party managed service provider, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure upgrades and improvements, aligning with business goals and ensuring highly available, scalable platform.
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, enterprise-level product implementations, migrations, and security enhancements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure and backend software configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and data/cyber security measures as applicable for all systems in coordination with internal compliance and cybersecurity teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services, vendor products, and solutions.
  • Actively participate in the technology budgeting process.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in infrastructure management, IT leadership and personnel management, and network engineering.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing systems/network, leading infrastructure projects, and technical support oversight.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions (M365/Entra/Azure), and systems/network security.
  • Azure/Entra administration/configuration/support
  • Experience managing IT vendors and service providers.
  • Proficiency in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT project execution.
