Description

  • We are looking for 2 Sr. highly skilled Infrastructure Engineers with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Application Virtualization.
  • These engineers will augment in the existing team and focus on critical areas, including AWS Workspaces, application virtualization technologies, and secure browser (Island.io) deployment.
  • These roles are a key technical support position responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to internal users, including a large influx of seasonal employees, contract workers on a variety of issues related to endpoint devices, cloud infrastructure, and software applications.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach.
  • This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth IT operations and end-user satisfaction, especially during peak periods.
