Infrastructure Engineering Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical teams, fostering talent development and ensuring high performance
• Oversee the monitoring and management of IT infrastructure using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix environments and general database management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement on-prem and cloud solutions effectively
• Maintain strong communication and relationship management with stakeholders at all levels
• Manage vendor relationships in both onshore and offshore models
• Ensure compliance with best practices in system administration across UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions to enhance operational efficiency

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance
• Proficiency in Splunk for log analysis, event monitoring, and issue resolution
• Deep expertise in managing and troubleshooting Citrix environments
• Working knowledge of system administration across UNIX, Linux, and Windows platforms (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with VMware for virtualization and infrastructure management (nice-to-have)
• Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and observability (nice-to-have)

Education: Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in related field
