Infrastructure Architect – Azure Migration

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration of enterprise workloads from on-premise infrastructure to Microsoft Azure
Design cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
Assess existing IT environments and define future-state Azure architectures
Work with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to develop migration strategies and roadmaps
Collaborate with engineering, security, and application teams to ensure smooth and secure migrations
Develop detailed architecture and implementation documentation
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers
Support and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure issues during and after migration

Required Skills & Experience:

Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
8+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in cloud architecture and Azure migrations
Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Security, Identity Management (Azure AD)
Experience with tools such as Azure Migrate, ASR, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Monitor
Deep understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform)
Experience with Windows/Linux systems administration, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and storage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
