Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM WebSphere Liberty, GitLab, OpenShift Tool, Kubernetes, and DevOps. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Devops infrastructure Engineer, working to build and deploy web platform infrastructure as code on OpenShift Kubernetes
- Oversee the use of GitLab for version control and continuous integration to maintain code quality and streamline development processes.
- Provide expertise in OpenShift Tool to manage containerized applications and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability of applications.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices to enhance collaboration between development and operations teams.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect company data and systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling activities to support business growth.
- Document infrastructure configurations and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement in infrastructure operations.

Certificated Required:
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), GitLab Certified Associate,
- Experience in IBM Websphere Liberty is a must.
- Experience in PEGA BPM is a must.
