Information Technology - Agile Coach

• 7-10 years of experience in the following areas:
• Working in an Agile Software Delivery Environment Experience with Agile Teams, Scrum Teams, Kanban teams, AgileReleaseTrains, and Product Teams
• Working with organization focused on digital transformation.
• Ideal Candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the following:
• Expert problem-solving ability and experience leading groups through problem solving methodology.
• +4 years of Agile Coaching experience at team, product/program/release train and executive level
• +2 years of Product Owner/Scrum Master experience
• Must Have Certifications: SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) And (CSM/PSM or CSPO/PSPO)
• Excellent training skills in classroom and in virtual setting using collaboration tools like Miro, or others.
• Experience with Agile Life Cycle Management Tool (AzureDevops) is a must.
• Experience coaching agile teams that are dispersed globally.
• Experience coaching leadership on agile mindset to enable agile culture
