Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS environments with high availability and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot complex issues across the IDMC MDM platform, including connectivity, synchronization, and configuration issues.
Perform system performance tuning and optimization to ensure fast, reliable access to data and services.
Apply patches and updates to the IDMC MDM environment, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0; setup, test, and maintain SSO integrations.
Lead Identity Provider (IdP) migrations, specifically from Okta to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, security teams, and Informatica support to resolve issues and implement best practices.
Maintain system documentation, change management records, and environment configurations.
Provide ongoing technical support, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in IDMC SaaS MDM Administration.
Strong expertise in Informatica IDMC MDM (Master Data Management) on cloud/SaaS platforms.
Demonstrated experience with SAML-based SSO configuration and identity federation.
Proven track record of IdP migration, especially Okta to Entra ID (Azure AD).
Deep understanding of Informatica platform architecture, performance tuning, and system health monitoring.
Solid experience with patching, version upgrades, and change control processes in a SaaS environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage and resolve incidents independently.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Informatica certifications in IDMC or MDM.
Experience with REST APIs and integration with third-party tools.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
